Location: Main Entrance Dave Creek Parkway and Hwy 16. When you’re in the Bay, we like to make you feel at home and welcome. So take a seat, take a photo. Convenient parking pull off for the chair and right across the street you’ll find the historic totem pole.

Fairfield Bay Main Entrance Totem Pole

Location: Main Entrance Dave Creek Parkway and Hwy 16. The historic totem pole is at Ho Wa Park. This pole was carved by the Woodcarvers Unlimited Group. Carved from red cedar this pole measures thirty feet tall and tracks Fairfield Bay’s history from ancient times to modern, depicted by the bald eagle, a regular site in the area.

Razorback Rock

Location: 4350 Hwy 330 S. This Razorback-shaped and painted rock marks the trail head to the Rambling Cove Trail located at the entrance to the Marina.

Mermaid Chair Cool Pool and Café

Location: 155 Chelsea drive. Where Casual and ‘Cool’ come together in the Bay. Café, Gift and Souvenir Shop, walk-in Kiddie Pool, dive-in Theater and incredible lake view from

the pool.

Fairfield Bay Museum and Old Log Cabin

Location: 335 Snead drive, by Indian Hills Golf Resort. The Museum and Historic Log cabin replicates a home and life in the Ozarks of the 1880’s. Free admission to both buildings.

Fairfield Bay Museum Totem Pole and Freedom Bell

Location: 335 Snead drive, by Indian Hills Golf Resort. This pole was hand-carved out of native red cedar by local woodcrafters. This totem pole depicts the 200th anniversary of the Bill of Rights. Right next to the totem pole is the Freedom Bell. Go ahead, ring the bell!

Fairfield Bay Indian Cave

Indian Rock House Cave

Location: 335 Snead drive, by Indian Hills Golf Resort. Follow the wooden stairs from the old log cabin to the legendary historic Indian Rock House. This natural structure served as a tribal meeting place for as far back as 1000 BC. Look for the petroglyphs and imagine living in the shelter of this natural wonder. The cave has been the setting for modern day weddings and golf cart drive-in moving during summer! If the trail beckons, follow it as it meanders among rock formations on the bluff.

Location: 1120 Natural Bridge Road, Clinton. The Natural Bridge is open daily, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., March through November.

Location: Highway 9 E. The Shirley Centennial Museum was established in 2011 during the 100th year of Shirley. A dedicated group of volunteers and history buffs worked to bring together in one location historical publications, newspaper accounts, family histories, books, photos, and records pertinent to Shirley’s past. An old typewriter that was in the railroad depot is on display. Quilts adorn the walls. The museum is staffed by volunteers and is open on Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Call City Hall for an appointment at other times. (501)723-8290.
